YOU’RE AT THE QR DESTINATION
If you followed the QR link, this is where it brought you. Here is how the same journey could work for your customers.
SAMPLE — DEMONSTRATION ONLY
Fences, doors, general repairs and property upkeep. A real quote page could ask what needs fixing, where the job is and how to contact the customer.
This is a fictional example. The sample buttons explain the journey; they do not place an order, make a booking or request work.
Someone notices your property-maintenance van outside a nearby job. They scan “Scan to request a repair quote” and describe what needs fixing at their place. Your sign gives them a direct next step while they are thinking about the repair.
Give customers room to explain the fence, door or general maintenance job.
Your quote form can include a photo upload to help you assess the work.
Collect the job location and contact details so you can follow up.
A scan or click can lead straight to a property-maintenance quote page with a clear way to describe the repair. Turn interest in your work vehicle into a useful enquiry while your business is fresh in someone’s mind.
The example above represents the destination. The form below is for a real enquiry about Skipto.
When a visitor follows the tracked QR link, Skipto can record activity. Direct visits to this sample page do not prove a scan took place.
Change the destination of the existing dynamic code when your content changes. Test the original code after saving.
Keep the code on the van and change its destination when your website or service offer changes.
Use the side or rear of a parked vehicle, at a comfortable scanning height. Add “Scan to request a repair quote”. Do not encourage scanning while driving.
